WARDOGS Attachments Guide — Best Sights, Grips & Muzzles

Attachments are where WARDOGS loadouts are actually decided — the base gun is the frame, and sight, grip, muzzle and magazine are the build. This page covers the slot system, the unlock levels, the workhorse attachments worth your cash, and what changed when Season 2 reshuffled the unlock tiers.

Budget vs Meta: Two Build Paths

The community’s attachment logic is the same for every rifle: sight first, grip second, muzzle last, and never buy the meta muzzle before your level allows it.

The Ammo Rule That Beats Armour

Attachments change how you shoot; ammo changes what shooting does. Season 2’s leg meta: HP ammo aimed at the thighs kills in 2 hits with DMR/7.62 rifles and 4 hits with 5.45/5.56 — regardless of Level 4 armour. Against the calibre damage cuts (.308 −25%, 7.62×54mmR −20%, 7.62×39 −19%, .50 Cal −16%), leg shots with HP ammo are the cheapest TTK upgrade in the game.

Season 3 Warning

Season 3 (November 12) ships a different unlock order and XP curve, so the levels above are Season 2 values and will shift — see the Season 3 page. This table re-stamps when the 0.3.0 notes publish.

Compiled Oct 28, 2026 from community catalogues: WardogsBuild per-weapon build pages, KosGuides’ Season 2 meta guide, the 1llum1n4t1 Japanese attachment breakdowns and wardogswiki role loadouts. BULKHEAD publishes no official stat tables — prices and unlock levels are community-measured, graded for confidence, and re-checked after each patch.
