WARDOGS Vault — Storage, Gold Bars & Black Market

The Vault is WARDOGS’ personal storage layer, tied to the Black Market and the Gold Bar economy. It already delivers your beta and Twitch Drop rewards at launch — the full storage-and-trading loop is a roadmap feature. Here is what exists today and what is confirmed.

What the Vault Is

The Vault is the storage side of the metagame — a personal inventory that lives between matches, separate from your per-life loadout. It is the bridge between the in-match cash economy and the longer-term progression layer.

What the Vault Does Today

• Launch-day rewards delivery: beta participation rewards and Twitch Drops are delivered through the in-game Vault on launch day — they are not re-earned in matches.
• Gold Bar storage: Gold Bars (the premium currency) sit in the Vault alongside your cash economy.

What Is on the Roadmap

• Black Market purchases go to the Vault permanently — buy a weapon from the rotating Black Market inventory and it is stored for future matches instead of being a one-life purchase.
• Capacity-limited but upgradeable — exact capacity and upgrade costs are unannounced.
• Black Market and Vault trading are not in the day-one build — launch ships the cash-and-XP economy first. BULKHEAD describes the metagame as "a foundation, not a finished product".

Gold Bars

• The premium currency for cosmetics and Black Market purchases.
• Wipes convert leftover cash into Gold Bars at the day’s exchange rate — the conversion is one-way, gold never converts back to cash.
• Cosmetics bought with Gold Bars survive wipes permanently.
